Artwork Shipping


Delivery Timeframe

Once you purchase your artwork, an email will be sent to the buyer (you) confirming your purchase.  

We will arrange postage within 48 hours of full payment received and cleared from the buyer (you). Your artwork will be collected by our designated couriers or dropped off to a collection point/post office within 7 days. Whitfield Collection endeavour to have artwork(s) delivered to the customer (you) within 14 business days.

To ensure the protection of your work all work shipped by Whitfield Collection will be insured and will request a signature upon delivery.

All Artworks are to be shipped through a reliable courier with a preference of express postage.

Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping (AustPost 2-9 business days approximately) - $9.95
Express Shipping (AusPost 1-3 business days) - $14.95


All products are sent via Australia Post. Orders purchased before 1pm are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase. Please allow an additional 1-7 business days for delivery within Australia. 

A confirmation email and Australia Post tracking number will be sent at time of dispatch. 

Whitfield Collection gallery is not is not responsible for delays incurred or failure to deliver due to incorrectly supplied contact details, or for failure to collect items from the designated collection point or Post Office.

Prices are based on weight and will be calculated accordingly upon checkout

Please allow up to 21 business days (standard) and up to 14 business days (express) from order placement to receive your order. Due to different customs processes in your country, there can be varied delays which are out of our control. If you are concerned about your international order, please contact your country’s postal service (or AusPost/DHL for express orders) and quote your tracking number for further information.
