If you have any questions about the Artwork(s) you wish to purchase please contact us and we will assist with any inquiries including additional photographs of the artwork for more clarity of the Artwork(s).

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We are unable to offer returns due to a change of mind. The customer takes full responsibility for their choices and agrees to take the artwork which the artist produces. However, we will offer returns if your Purchase arrives damaged. If you find your item has arrived damaged please contact Whitfield Collection within 48 hours after delivery with attached images of the damage. We will then arrange for collection of the Artwork by courier at a suitable time from you.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund ,if eligible. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Returns of Items From our Product Page

Refunds from our Product page are accepted within 14 days of purchase If your order is damaged or you are unsatisfied with a product from our Products collection please email info@whitfieldcollection.com.au to arrange a return and refund. We will provide a return address and ask that you organise return shipment within a week. Please print out this email and include it with the Product being returned. Clients are liable for the cost of return

shipping for products and we will not accept returns for items that have been damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging by you. If this is found to be the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

We will refund your purchase after We have received and checked the item. We will do everything we can to process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 5 working days.
